Soothing Canna Massage and Wellness Policies

Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.  If you need to cancel a service in which you booked the same day, there will be no refunds unless you cancel 4 hours prior to your appointment.  You may request your cancellation fee be turned into a Gift Certificate for a future booking.

All appointments are reserved with a major credit card and/or Venmo Deposit needs to be paid in full at time of your scheduled appointment. Credit card fees apply.  A confirmation text will be sent to you after you book your service and we ask that you respond to confirm your appointment.  Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and Soothing Canna Massage and Welnnes is by appointment only.

Soothing Canna Massage and Wellness provides strictly therapeutic, non-sexual massage In Big Bear Lake. The session will be terminated upon any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances. You will be charged full price of treatment and a refund will not be issued. We do file a complaint with the local police department and have been successful at getting sex offender convictions, so please think twice. 

A travel fee of $10 per Therapist will be added to your service booked in the Big Bear Valley. When booking a service outside of our home area of the Big Bear Valley a travel fee of $40 will be added to your service per Therapist.  Travel rates are subject to change during heavy snow and discounts are not available on holidays.

Soothing Canna Massage and Wellness treatment room is located at Emerald Energy Healing Center on the 2nd floor in suite #10 at 42718 Moonridge Rd. Big Bear Lake California.  When you book a session at our treatment room hot stones are complimentary in your service.

In 2016 California proposition 64 legalized the recreational use of marijuana for adults aged 21 years or older.  Please do not attempt to book a massage if your under the age of 21, you will be wasting your time and ours.
